The business bought the former credit union building at 2875 Culver Ave., near the Dorothy Lane and Wilmington Pike interchange for $166,100 in a sale recorded Sept. 12, according to Montgomery County property records.

Blessing said the company is in the process of converting the former credit union into a facility for e-commerce fulfillment and also for servicing some of the local contractors it works with.
The company with a staff of 20 is investing roughly $50,000 to convert the building and in the future might of add an adjacent structure for more storage.
The company sells on sites like Ebay, Amazon and its own website and has been operating out of a smaller warehouse in Xenia for about seven years.
“The market we’re in is growing pretty rapidly across the board,” Blessing said.

While there are an abundance of home and garden stores, Blessing said water feature supplies is more of a niche, which has helped their online sales do well by catering to people who want something specific for their pond or water garden.
“This is such a specialized little niche. There’s relatively few retail locations,” he said.
