Crystal Clear Imaging Ltd. in Springfield has permanently closed but few details are immediately available.

An employee at the business declined comment. Management from the business also couldn't immediately be reached for comment.

The imaging center at 2100 Emmanuel Way provided services including diagnostic images, cancer screenings and ultrasounds, according to its website.
