Ex-firefighter gets no jail time following sex act in Troy Walmart lot

TROY - The former Harrison Twp. firefighter who performed a sex act on himself in the Walmart parking lot last November will avoid jail time, so long as he completes a counseling course.

Keith Bousquette will have to pay a $100 fine and complete sexual behavior counseling, which he has already started in Las Vegas, where he recently moved to.

Bousquette performed a sex act on himself in his vehicle while looking at another woman.

In court today, Bousquette did not have anything to say for the crime he committed.
