New Brookville library to open Aug. 22

BROOKVILLE – Dayton Metro Library is opening its newest local branch in Brookville on Monday Aug. 22 from 2-6p.m.

During the opening ceremony on Monday, visitors will have an opportunity to tour the new library, meet the library mascots, view tech demonstrations, and enjoy music and refreshments. Artist Darren Kall will be on location, beginning work on an art installation in the Library’s meeting room.

Regular Library hours begin Tuesday, Aug. 23, 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. with continued operating hours 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. The library is closed on Sunday.
