Police identified Kuhn as a patient recently released from the hospital.

According to police, Kuhn said he was just walking through downtown trying to get back to the city's east side.

Police took Kuhn to the Montgomery County Jail, where the online record indicated that a misdemeanor criminal damaging charge has been cleared by the county prosecutor's office.

But there remains a hearing on a parole violation, for which no date has been entered in the digital record.
