Police: Springfield man passes out in car with 136 grams of meth

A Springfield man who allegedly admitted to police he's a meth dealer faces more than 20 drug-related charges after police said they found 136 grams of crystal meth and other drugs after he passed out behind the wheel of a car.

Robert D. Whitt, 29, whose address is listed as at large, pleaded not guilty in Clark County Municipal Court on Tuesday to 28 charges, including possession and trafficking in drugs and improperly handling firearms in a vehicle. His bond was set at a total of $125,000.
