Milliken has spent the past 21 years in the City of Trotwood, the past six as Fire and EMS Chief. Prior to Trotwood he worked for Good Samaritan Hospital, Trotwood, and the Village of West Alexandria which is also his home.
Fire Chief Chad Follick said that Milliken will take the role of the division’s Health and Safety Officer. In that role he will oversee the cancer prevention program, health and wellness, fitness, injuries and injury prevention, and safety operations.
