YELLOW SPRINGS – Students at Yellow Springs High School have decided to learn math through a real-world challenge.

The real-world challenge is running a small business, named YS Spirit Wear, which sells Bulldog-pride themed sweatshirts and t-shirts. The business is a yearlong project-based learning project.

The students and their math teacher, Donna Haller, have partnered with local apparel company Basho to produce the spirit wear products.

The spirit wear can be orders by contacting Haller at dhaller@ysschools.org or through www.bashoapparel.net/shop-4.
