Dakota Marcott, of Fairfield, told police that he and Napier were at the Madison Inn in Madison Twp. Saturday night. Marcott said he asked for a ride to his car that was parked in the 3200 block of Wilbraham Road. The men got into an argument in the car, and Napier punched Marcott several times in the face, police were told.
When Marcott got out of Napier’s vehicle, he smashed the passenger window, he told police. As Marcott was walking to his car, he nearly was run over by Napier, Marcott said. Napier then rammed his vehicle into Marcott’s vehicle three times, the report said.

Napier was found driving his Jeep near the intersection of Erie Avenue and Germantown Road, police said. Police conducted a field sobriety test on Napier. In jail, a corrections officer administered the breath test that resulted in a .129 blood alcohol content, which is over the legal limit.
When police talked to Napier in the City Jail, he told them they had a fight outside the car. Then Marcott pulled out a knife and told Napier: “Take me to my car.”
Napier told police after Marcott busted out his window, he got upset and he rammed Marcott’s vehicle.
Napier’s preliminary hearing is set for next week in Middletown Municipal Court.
