Ohio AG seeks more court action against Pineview, owner

The Ohio Attorney General's Office is asking a judge to find in default the owner of a Miami Twp. mobile home park that is in receivership due the failure to comply with court and EPA orders.

The state is seeking the move against Timothy Dearwester for not responding to a summons regarding the Ohio AG's office case against him and Pineview Estates involving the Farmersville-West Carrollton Road site's water system.

Pineview and Dearwester were sued by the state in January 2016 for failing to comply with Ohio Environmental Protection Agency orders to fix the park's water system.

Dearwester’s lack of action involving Pineview’s water service led Montgomery County Common Pleas Judge Mary Wiseman to place the mobile home park in receivership.
