Jung confirmed today that the department is looking at several others for having potential involvement with the group, including juveniles. He could not provide any information on the number of people, their ages or if they are unique to the Kettering community.

“There are still a number of people being looked at,” Jung said.

Jung said at least one of those juveniles also has a connection to the Kettering robbery that led to several group members being arrested March 10. Because of his status as a juvenile who has yet to be charged, police are withholding information about him.

Two alleged leaders of the group, Anthony Clemmons and Carolyn Williams, were arrested after a six-month investigation by Kettering police led them to the couple’s Miamisburg home in what Police Chief Chip Protsman said was a possible drug trafficking ring. Four adults connected to the Kettering robbery also have ties to Clemmons’ group.

Clemmons, 42, and Williams, 38, are out on bail.

Protsman said, during a press conference Wednesday, that Miles Heizer — the driver of the suspect vehicle in the Sept. 4 shooting death of Fairmont High School student Ronnie Bowers near AlterFest— and five others were a part of a local group that called themselves the GLO gang.
