CareFlight has responded to a single-vehicle crash that has shut down the eastbound lanes of I-70 in Springfield Twp.
The crash happened around 3 p.m. on I-70 East near mile marker 57.
The eastbound lanes are expected to reopen after CareFlight takes flight from the scene, accordingt to the Ohio State Highway Patrol Springfield Post.
