Bengals safety Iloka takes on new role on eve of training camp

George Iloka has been a starting safety for the Cincinnati Bengals since 2013, but he found himself in unfamiliar role on the eve of his sixth training camp.

With reporters gathered around cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick, whose locker is next to his, Iloka borrowed a microphone from a local television station and lobbed a few questions at his teammate.

Iloka asked Kirkpatrick if he missed his teammates over the six-week summer break, and Kirkpatrick responded by saying he wished he had been there for Iloka's epic marriage proposal.

The playful banter continued a little while longer before Iloka stepped away and let the reporters resume the interview.
