Obscene gesture could land Vontaze Burfict in trouble again

Perhaps lost in the fallout from another disappointing Bengals loss was another controversial moment for Vontaze Burfict.

The linebacker could be in trouble again after a TV camera caught him appearing to raise a pair of middle fingers toward the crowd or someone behind the bench.

Pro Football Talk pointed out this is not the type of thing that gets a player suspended, but it likely earned him yet another fine. Johnny Manziel and A.J. Hawk are among players to be suspended for similar gestures in the past.

Burfict has already been hit in the wallet by the league for stepping on Patriots running back LaGarrette Blount during the Bengals' loss to New England last month.

That came after he missed the first three games of the season serving a suspension for repeated safety violations.
