Report: Dwyane Wade set to join LeBron, Cavs

Dwyane Wade and LeBron James will reportedly be reunited at least one more time.

Wade, who reached a buyout with the Bulls and cleared waivers, will be signing with Cleveland, per ESPN.

James and Wade have long been close friends. James departed Cleveland the first time to join Wade for four years in Miami, winning two championships.

The new-look Cavs will be fascinating - Wade will join Isaiah Thomas and Derrick Rose as offseason additions to the backcourt. Defense will obviously be the biggest concern, along with Thomas’ hip injury that is expected to keep him out until January.

But there is firepower there. Wade, 35, averaged 18 points a game for Chicago last season. He’s joining the Eastern Conference favorites as they search for a combination deadly enough to compete with Golden State.
