This little bake shop has become nationally known thanks to a pretty high-profile customer. Oscar-winner Allison Janney, an Oakwood native, has a little obsession with the bakery’s Sand Tart cookies and tells the world about it every time she can. Beyond the Sand Tarts, this bakery offers delicious treats including cronuts (donut/croissant hybrid), donuts, cookies, cupcakes and more. Ashley’s is a multiple first-place winner in this category.
