Trump questions Tulsa police shooting

During a campaign stop at a black church outside Cleveland, Ohio, Donald Trump on Wednesday questioned the actions of police officers in Tulsa, Oklahoma, saying an unarmed black man who was shot dead in the middle of a street "looked like he did everything he was supposed to do."

"This young officer, I don't know what she was thinking," Trump said, referring to the female police officer who killed Terence Crutcher earlier this week.

"I don't know what she was thinking," Trump added.

Asked for his views of the incident by the Pastor of the New Spirit Revival Center church in Cleveland Heights, Trump said he had watched the video of the Tulsa incident, and believed the officer had possibly "choked."

"Did she get scared, was she choking, what happened?" Trump said. "I am very, very troubled by that.
