WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE — Defense contracting giants Boeing Co. and Northrop Grumman received new Air Force contract orders collectively worth $97 million to support the Global Hawk unmanned aircraft program and upgrades of C-130 aircraft electronic systems.
The Aeronautical Systems Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force awarded a $61.1 million contract modification to Boeing for equipment, spares, training equipment and other support for avionics modernization for the C-130 transport aircraft.
