This was “one of the more popular suggestions” to a survey asking what residents would like to see on the 6-acre former Springboro IGA Plaza site on the northwest corner of Central Avenue and Main Street, according to City Manager Chris Pozzuto.

Councilwoman Janie Ridd “questioned whether a Chick-fil-A would fit at that location because of the amount of traffic it draws,” according to minutes from the council’s work session last Thursday.

Pozzuto said one of the buildings in drawings completed by the Paresi Design Studio “would accommodate a restaurant like Chick-fil-A, which looks like it would function pretty well, based on the design.”
