Dayton is third-best city to find a job, web site says

Dayton is the third-best city to find a job, according to the web site CareerBliss.com.

Dayton was ranked behind only first-place Los Angeles and Tucson among the best cities to find a job, the web site said. No other Ohio cities made it on the list of top 10 cities, or the list of worst 10 cities, to be looking for employment.

To compile the list, the web site examined what it called “work happiness data” collected through employee-submitted company reviews, and factored in employment trends and job openings, according to a CareerBliss news release of the “2013 Best and Worst Cities to Find a Job.” The web site analyzed job openings from November 2011 to November 2012.

The Irvine, California-based CareerBliss.com calls itself “the leading online career community” and describes among its services as providing “insights that uncover the hidden influences driving your work happiness, and offer(ing) related resources to help you find your ultimate level of CareerBliss.”
