The new store at 362 E. Stroop Road is smaller than its previous location, with updated displays and product selection, according to a media release.
Kettering Mayor Don Patterson and other local officials will attend a ribbon-cutting event and reception at 10 a.m. Nov. 1.
DeClark’s will offer free gift bags, valued at up to $40, to the first 100 customers to make a $10 purchase at the new store, officials said. From Nov. 1-3 the store also will offer a 30 percent discount on the first item purchased, of the customer’s choice, with a total purchase of $50 or more.
DeClark’s has been in business for 54 years and has operated at the Town and Country Shopping Center since 1978.
