Sushi chain founded by Oakwood natives is opening two new restaurants, seeking to add Dayton-area locations

Fusian, the made-to-order sushi-roll chain launched by three Oakwood natives, is adding its fourth and fifth locations in the Cincinnati area in the next six months and is actively looking to expand beyond its one existing restaurant in the Dayton area, according to Fusian co-founder Stephan Harman.

“The Dayton area surely has more growth opportunities for us, but we haven’t found the right locations yet,” Harman said.
