Centerville restaurant to open café in Lebanon

Flavors Eatery at 865 E. Franklin St. in Centerville, which focuses on health-conscious cuisine, plans to open a second location at 4. S. Broadway St. in Lebanon in the spring of 2014, Flavors co-owner Elaine LoRusso said today.

“People and businesses in Lebanon have been asking us to come to their area for two or three years now,” said LoRusso, who co-founded Flavors Eatery with her husband, Richard LoRusso.

The projected timeline calls for Flavors Eatery Café to open in mid-spring, LoRusso said. The restaurant will hire four or five full-time employees.

Sara Arseneau, executive director of the Lebanon Chamber of Commerce, said the new Flavors Café “will be a really nice complement to the mix of shops and restaurants we have here. It will be a great new addition.” The Broadway Street location formerly housed The Paddock pub, and has been vacant for about six months, Arseneau said.
