Co-founder acquires ownership of Lewaro Construction

The co-founder and former partner of a Dayton-based construction management firm has acquired full ownership of the company, according to a media release.

Phillip P. Moore became the full owner of Lewaro Construction, effective Jan. 1, officials said.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Lewaro Construction, headquartered at 10 W. Second St. in Dayton, offers construction, pre-construction, general contracting, and design and build services for government, private and residential customers.

Officials said the firm’s past projects include new elements for the city of Dayton, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the University of Dayton.

Moore plans to continue the company’s momentum and focus on new key clients, officials said.
