According to the real estate auction listing, the nonprofit Therapeutic Riding Institute was selling the property that it received through a donation and will use the sale money to start an endowment fund for its clients.

The land fronts Woodman Drive where it intersects with Delco Park Drive and is near Kettering Health Network’s Greater Dayton Surgery Center.
