The retail building that once housed a Gander Mountain store in Huber Heights has a new owner.

A foreign limited liability company, Store Master Funding X, bought the store at 8001 Old Troy Pike this week for $3.3 million, Montgomery County property records show. The seller was Camping World Property Inc., which bought the property in July 2018 for the same price.

The store was first slated for closure in the spring of 2017. Camping World was chosen as the winning bidder at a bankruptcy auction for the assets of Gander Mountain, with the sale approved at a bankruptcy court hearing in May 2017.

Camping World reopened the store under the Gander Outdoors banner.

With more than 66,000 square feet of gross floor space, the Huber Heights building near the Old Troy-Interstate 70 interchange is on a little more than 8.5 acres of land.
