The company and affiliates now have 24 auto dealerships in three states, including Ohio, South Dakota and Wyoming. In Ohio, the company has dealerships in Dayton, Columbus and Toledo.
Last year, the company sold more than 13,000 new and used vehicles, making it one of the largest 75 auto companies in the United States, the company said in an announcement of its acquisition.
The newly acquired dealership will be part of a company that includes White-Allen Chevrolet, White-Allen Honda and White-Allen European Auto Group in Dayton.
