According to Schottenstein Property Group, of Columbus, which lists the property for leasing, the center is home to a Big Lots, Ace Hardware and a Goodwill Industries store. The center is at the southwest corner of Lawrence Ave. and East Central (Ohio 725), east of the Dayton Mall.
The new owner, RCG Ventures, is based in Atlanta and bills itself as the 60th largest retail landlord in the U.S. It also owns a center in Circleville, Ohio.
