The company said it invested at least $500,000 to renovate the building, accommodate a showroom and bring in equipment and furnishings. Management promised Dayton city officials last year that it would move 17 full-time jobs into Dayton and add eight more jobs within five years with an average annual salary of $39,400.
Dayton agreed to provide up to $65,000 toward the company’s relocation costs.
