Newmed’s products are sold throughout Europe and the Middle East, chiefly to private dental offices and dental clinics, according to Midmark, which said Newmed’s founders and principles will remain with the company.
Newmed employs about 30 people in Quattro Castella, Italy.
Midmark, whose annual sales are approaching $250 million, also owns subsidiaries in Ernee, France, and Mumbai, India.
