He received his medical degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland and completed his residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati, where he also served as chief resident. He is board certified with the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Plumley has a special interest in foot and ankle surgical reconstruction, diabetic limb salvage, and diabetic education to prevent limb loss.
Premier Health Specialists has opened Advanced Ankle and Foot Specialists at Miami Valley Hospital South in Centerville.
