A new fitness gym with 24-hour access is set to open next month in Beavercreek.

24-7 Gym and Fitness, located at 3253 Seajay Drive in the Beaver Valley Shopping Plaza, will celebrate with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday. Hosted by the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce, the event is set for 11 a.m. at the facility.

However, owner Jason Lambert told this news outlet that the gym will open later on in mid-March as the business straightens out some final details before opening. Lambert said the gym is a no-frills, “simple” concept that allows customers to workout without some of the hassle and ties of a chain gym membership.

The owner said the gym will have an independent personal training staff that set their own rates, and members can also bring in their own personal trainer at no cost. The membership is meant to be less constricting than some other gyms — offering $9.99 per month or no enrollment fee, and there are no contracts or annual fees.

Fitting for the name, members have access all hours of the day and night. Customers can take a virtual tour of the gym on the business website.
