New self-storage facility opens in Beavercreek

A new self-storage facility with climate-controlled units has opened in Beavercreek, and the community will celebrate the new business next week.

The Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for SIBCO Self-Storage on May 9 at 11:30 a.m. SIBCO Self-Storage has opened its new 21,000-square-foot facility at 620 Phillips Drive in Beavercreek. The facility features 146 standard and climate-controlled units.

The property features a Sentinel access control system, an AutoGate security gate, interior security cameras, exterior license plate cameras, concrete driveways, on-site management. It also has security lighting and fencing.

The existing parking facility has 180 indoor parking and garage spaces and outdoor parking spaces that accommodate cars and semi-tractor trailers. The new parking and storage units are available for month-to-month rentals with no deposit required. The facility also has 24-hour access.
