Plus Technologies releases mobile printing product

Plus Technologies, a Dayton-based software company, has released a new product that allows users to print to any network printers from their smartphone or tablet.

The OM Plus DM Mobile Printing solution, based on Plus Technologies’ OM Plus Delivery Manager print software, is targeted to the corporate, institutional and enterprise markets, company officials said.

The mobile printing product is designed for individuals who rely on smartphones to perform their job functions instead of desktop or laptop computers.

Access to nearby printers often can be difficult for these users. In addition, the print jobs may include large, complex attachments in non-printer formats that need to be transformed and reformatted for print.
