A Premier Health lobbyist is taking a position with a consulting firm.

Strategic Health Care announced that Rick Frank, now system director of governmental affairs for Dayton-based Premier Health, will be joining the team as vice president of government affairs May 20.

Frank has more than 25 years of government relations experience including working for the Ohio Hospital Association for 10 years.

“We are very excited to have Rick join us at Strategic Health Care,” Partner Steve Wermuth said in a statement. “Rick’s extensive knowledge and experience in health care policy will serve Strategic Health Care clients well.”

Strategic Health Care was founded in Ohio in 1994 and the lobbying firm has offices in Columbus, Washington, D.C., and Kentucky.
