Standard Register launches health plan-specific software suite

Dayton-based Standard Register Co. and Cody Consulting, a Tampa-based consultant to managed care organizations, announced they have developed the first health plan-specific suite of project management software and services.

The Web-based application, MarcomNAVIGATOR, allows health plan companies to create, produce and deploy member communications in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Officials said the application integrates all areas of the health plan environment — compliance, information technology, creative services and operations. It provides a common platform for departmental communications, document creation, compliance tracking, asset management, and production and inventory management. A “regulatory analyzer,” comprehensive reporting, and audit trails are built into the process to reduce errors and compliance risk.

“With this end-to-end project management tool and our digital communication capabilities, payers have a seamless way to push out the right communications to the right members, securely and on time, while giving members and call centers access to them through a secure communication portal,” said Brian Yavorsky, Standard Register’s director of digital solutions.

Standard Register, a communications management firm, has about 550 Dayton employees.
