Officials said the application integrates all areas of the health plan environment — compliance, information technology, creative services and operations. It provides a common platform for departmental communications, document creation, compliance tracking, asset management, and production and inventory management. A “regulatory analyzer,” comprehensive reporting, and audit trails are built into the process to reduce errors and compliance risk.
“With this end-to-end project management tool and our digital communication capabilities, payers have a seamless way to push out the right communications to the right members, securely and on time, while giving members and call centers access to them through a secure communication portal,” said Brian Yavorsky, Standard Register’s director of digital solutions.
Standard Register, a communications management firm, has about 550 Dayton employees.
