Vandalia real estate firm designated HUD Listing Broker in Ohio

Real Living Petkus Realtors has been awarded the designation of HUD Listing Broker in Ohio by Sage Acquisitions.

Sage Acquisitions is a prime contractor to the Department of Housing and Urban Development, providing marketing and management services of HUD-owned residential real estate properties.

A HUD home is a 1-to-4 unit residential property acquired by HUD as a result of a foreclosure action on an FHA-insured mortgage. HUD becomes the property owner and offers it for sale to recover the loss on the foreclosure claim. Real Living Petkus will represent HUD in selling its properties by listing and marketing these homes.
