Jason Glanton, 34, was arraigned Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Dayton following his March 14 indictment that alleges he possessed and distributed fentanyl and owned a firearm in furtherance of the drug offense, according to a release from the office of U.S. Attorney Kenneth Parker for the Southern District of Ohio.
Glanton is accused of distributing fentanyl within 1,000 feet of Helke Elementary School on Randler Avenue in Vandalia.
According to the release, law enforcement seized nine firearms and $21,000 from Glanton.
