'Son of Beast' comes crumbling down

It took only a matter of seconds for Kings Island’s Son of Beast roller coaster to come crumbling down.

Crews started tearing the troubled roller coaster down on Tuesday to make room for future attractions at the park.

The Son of Beast opened in 2000, but had trouble from the start with several accidents, repairs and five lawsuits.

It will take construction crews a few more months before the entire ride is dismantled.
