Concert announcements: Artists coming to the area


Hot tickets

Willie Nelson will be appearing at the Fraze Pavilion with opening act Old Crow Medicine Show on Aug. 18, a Tuesday. Tickets go on sale at 9 a.m. Saturday. For more information, go online to www.fraze.com.

Neil Young will play a show at Riverbend Music Center on July 13, a Monday. Young will perform with the Los Angeles rock band Promise of the Real, led by two sons of Willie Nelson, as Young and the band tour in support of an album they collaborated on, "The Monsanto Years," to be released in June. Band of Horses opens. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday.

James Taylor with special guest Bonnie Raitt will play at Riverbend on July 17, a Friday. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday.

Jason Aldean with special guests Cole Swindell, Tyler Farr and Dee Jay Silver will be at Riverbend on Aug. 23, a Sunday. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday.
