Violations/comments: Observed improper storage of food items. Observed soda syrup bag lying directly on ground toward back of storage room, connecting to machine. Observed improper storage of personal food items on top rack of walk in cooler. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty. Observed food residue build up on the back of handles on walk in cooler handle and ToastMaster handles. Cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, or single-service and single-use articles are not properly stored. Observed napkins being stored in open cardboard boxes directly on floor in storage area. Observed broken tiles beneath register near front of ordering table. Observed a build up of debris in drain and on tile underneath drink dispenser back behind ordering table. Observed a build up of food debris on the floor of the walk in cooler. Observed a build up of food debris on the floor of the walk in cooler. Observed a build up of food residual on floor in the breaker room and back room. Observed a build up of debris in drain that was underneath the prep sink toward the back of kitchen. Observed mold along caulking at the top of three-compartment sink toward back of kitchen.
