Violations/comments: Observed improper use and/or maintenance of wiping cloths. Observed wiping cloth on counter under expresso machine. Keep all wiping cloths in sanitizer bucket. Observed no supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder or bar soap at the hand washing sink(s) by the toaster and blenders.
