Violations/comments: Rice scoop stored in stagnant water. Do not store dispensing utensils in stagnant water. Store these items clean and dry or in product with the handle extended. Tomatoes and eggs on buffet at 48 degrees and rice, 70 degrees. Keep all TCS foods above 135 degrees or below 41 degrees at all times to prevent bacterial growth. Make sure to keep enough ice in cold part of buffet and keep rice in rice cooker, not on counter.
