The hot foods were nice and hot:
Sausage, 156F and egg patties, 177F. OK.
Boiled eggs in the display cooler were 40F. OK.
This Comfort Inn location is not licensed to reheat food. You shall only heat up food enough for the day and leftovers shall be discarded.
Discontinue reheating old foods from the previous day.
Comments: Someone in a supervisory or administrative position needs to be certified in Level Two food safety at this operation. Complete as soon as possible as this was due by March 1st, 2017.
