Violations/comments: Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Examples: cooler, refrigerator, cooking equipment and sinks. Floor surface needs resurfaced. The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. Observed a build up in hard to reach areas throughout the food area. Observed unnecessary or nonfunctional items on the premises.
