Violations/comments: Critical violation: person-in-charge did not ensure that employees are informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report information about their health. Critical violation: observed the presence of live ants coming from the faucet in the food prep sink and other live insects in storage drawers. Observed the presence of dead insects in storage drawers and underneath the food prep sink.
