Violations/comments: Provide metal stem thermometer so food temperatures can be monitored. The cabinets in the kitchen area are damaged and need to be replaced or repaired so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Items are being reheated. The current food license does not permit reheating bulk quantities of food including leftovers.
