Violations: Found chemicals stored over the 3 compartment sink. Corrected.
Found no paper towels at the hand sink at the front of the facility.
Found a bed in the storage/warewashing area of the facility.
Found thawed sandwiches being held in a cooler for self service not datemarked. Correcting.
Found a mop not hanging to air dry.
Found a hot dog roller (unused) on the counter of the self service area. Remove due to non-use. Use of this item would require an upgrade of the food establishment license from a level 2 to a level 3 or 4 depending on the menu.
