Violations/comments: Provide thermometer for sandwich prep unit so the temperature can be monitored. Provide dish soap and sanitizer so utensils and equipment can be properly washed/rinsed and sanitized. The following items need to be cleaned: pop nozzles, beef jerky tongs and ice machine interior.
